Even though she lost all her teeth before me, every time I see my gorgeous wife, I fall in love with her all over again. Every single day for the last 60 years I have fallen for her!

I was in my twenties when I first saw her on our wedding day! I felt incredibly lucky and I loved her from the very first moment I saw her! 

I still remember, I gave her all my money that I had accumulated for over a year. It was 10 taka at that time. And with that money she gifted me a big paddy field where we planted a teak tree garden beside our house. 

We walk every evening in our teak garden holding hands; our grandchildren laugh at us. But I think the secret to a happy marriage is to hold hands every day and walk together sometimes. 

One beautiful memory of mine is when a few years after our wedding, a movie came to the cinema hall. My wife insisted that I take her there. But it was almost impossible to take a woman to a cinema theater. It’s most important to mention that we used to live with our parents. But one day I lied to my own parents that I was taking my wife to my in-laws’ home. Setting her on my bicycle carrier, I rode 30 km to watch a film at the cinema. The guard of the cinema hall was very surprised and said that my wife was the first women who ever came to watch a film in that cinema hall! 

I have 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and most of them live close by. I love my wife more than anyone and we respect each other enormously. I am a happy man.To be happy you need someone who genuinely loves you as you are. 

The best part about my wife is that she always appreciates how beautiful I am as a human being and how much she loves my smiles!
